I would respectfully disagree. I haven't had the best experiences with Mr. Tool Shop on eBay. Of the two meters I purchased from this seller, neither came with a manual. Only one of the two multimeters came in the original manufacturer's packaging, which was covered in packaging tape and crushed. Perhaps I am just jaded from Amazon having nice and neat packaging with manuals and presentable retail packaging. I guess what I am saying is don't plan on giving these meters as a gift to a friend, relative, or coworker as they don't arrive presentably.
